YES. Our flagship product, DZH International Advisor, provides real-time financial information including stock and futures prices, intraday/historical charts, market screening, real time alerts, news, portfolio management and more via the internet. We also offer World Indices and Dow Jones news, as our optional services. You do not need to press any button to refresh the information. You are welcome to have a demo session of DZH International Advisor.

We get our data through exchanges directly and also from other data vendor.
Yes. We offer both English and Chinese version of the software. You should be able to choose your language settings when you install the software. Otherwise, change the language settings in the login window under the Language tab.
You can subscribe by email/fax or by arranging an appointment to meet our sales staff at our main offices in Singapore and Malaysia. You can also call our Customer Service Hotline to process your subscription. You will receive a confirmation of your username and password via e-mail within 3 business days.
Our software package comes in prepaid subscription of 6 months or 1 year.

Your username cannot be changed upon subscription but you are free to change your password anytime by clicking on the "Change password" at your login page.
Yes. If you are interested in our products and want a live demonstration, you are welcome to visit our local retail office. Please do give us a call before you come so that we could arrange a timeslot for you to avoid disappointment. For your convenience, simply visit our website to take a product tour and understand the features of our products.
We do but it will depend on the exchange rulings. For example, we offer trial accounts for Singapore and Malaysia exchange. For some international markets like Hong Kong and the US however, we are bounded by our contract not to give trials.
Yes. You can simply hit on F1 key once you log into Advisor Professional software. You can also access the user manual of Advisor Xs from our website, from the respective section.
You can pay by cash, cheque, ibanking, paypal or even credit card (need to come to our office) payment procedures.
Sorry, we do not offer account suspension services.
Sorry, we do not offer subscription refund; hence, you can stop using our service anytime during the subscription period.
We will normally inform our customer when the renewal is due. Users will also receive an expiry message prompt when using the software towards the last 7 days of your subscription. Please call our customer service to have the subscription renewed.

You can go to the download page: Advisor Professional or AdvisorXS on our website and save the file on your PC. To install, simply click on the "Download Now" icon to begin installation.
No. DZH International Advisor currently only supports PC based software.
Once you login from your 2nd location, we will automatically logout your account from the first location logon.
Yes, but you will need specific settings to the proxy server or firewall. You can call our Customer Service Hotline or e-mail us at support@dzhintl.com if you use specific configurations.
Yes. If you save your workspace onto our server, you will be able to retrieve the workspace/layout and other information when you log in from another location.
You can call our Customer Service Hotline to report the case and our customer support representatives will be able to retrieve up to 7 days of your work if you had saved it on the DZH International server.

If you encounter problems when you are logging on to DZH International Advisor, check for the following error messages:

If you are using Windows 7
Open up Control Panel, and type in “UAC” into the search box. Click on the “Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off”: Drag the slider all the way down to Never Notify, and click OK ***Note: You need to restart the computer for the changes to take effect.

If you are using Vista
Open up Control Panel, and type in “UAC” into the search box. Click on the “Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off”: Next, you need to uncheck the box for “Use User Account Control (UAC)”, and click OK. ***Note: You need to restart the computer for the changes to take effect.

If you are using Windows 8
Go to the shortcut of DZH International, Advisor Professional and right click on it. Click on Properties -> Compatibility tab Under privilege level, tick on "run this program as an administrator". Click "Apply" and "OK" Open up Control Panel, and type in “UAC” into the search box. Click on the “Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off”: Next, you need to uncheck the box for “Use User Account Control (UAC)”, and click OK. ***Note: You need to restart the computer for the changes to take effect.

'Incorrect Username/Password!' You have keyed in an incorrect user name or password. Be sure to check your password again. If you have forgotten your username/ password, email to support@dzhintl.com or call our hotline.
'Your account has expired! Please contact...' You have an account that has expired and we will need your cooperation to activate it. If you are a trial user, you can contact our sales team to subscribe and activate DZH International's Services. If you are our current user and your account has expired, you may contact our sales team for renewal.
'Unable to establish connection to some servers...' Your current connection to one or more of DZH International servers are not available. Certain services will be unavailable. Please try to restart the software without saving, If this problem persists; please contact our Customer Service Hotline for assistance.
'Cannot find path to server. Please make sure...' Please make sure that your Internet connection is available. If you are behind a Firewall, please check with your Network Administrator to make sure that port 2106 is open. If you are using FREE Internet Access provided by your local ISP, you may wish to check with them on the availability of access via port 2106. Most of the Free Internet Access is meant for surfing only.
'Your account is in use by another user. Please contact...' This could be due to an unsuccessful logout. Please try to login again 1 minute later. If this problem persists, please contact our Customer Service Hotline for assistance.
This might be due to slow internet connection. If you are in overseas, the problem could also be caused by the bottle-neck of the International Bandwidth. Perform a Trace Route to determine if this is the cause. Another common cause is that your computer may not meet our recommended system requirement for DZH International Advisor.
If you select the "Chinese language" option under client configuration, you will have to exit and log in to the software again for the changes to take place.
Selecting shorter historical data settings of 1-3years will help to load the chart to load faster as compared to a 15 years chart. Go to , under the quotes tab to change the historical data setup for each chart.
It means that the software has encountered an error when running on the PC. You are advised to exit the software and re-login again.
